With over 25 years of experience as a middle school counselor and mentor, I have dedicated my career to working with children, teens, and their families. My focus has been on enhancing problem-solving and communication skills, along with emotional regulation and coping strategies.
Currently, I serve as a middle school counselor for Billings Public Schools, where I have also served as a member of the district's school counseling leadership team. In addition, I have conducted professional development workshops for teachers throughout Montana, emphasizing the principles of trauma-informed teaching.
My individual counseling practice and parenting classes reflect my personal commitment to supporting the children and families in my community, helping them to grow and thrive in their relationships with themselves, each other, and the broader community.
